The Macomb County Office of Substance Abuse (MCOSA) provides funding for individuals seeking Peer Recovery Coaches and placement in a Recovery House. Individuals interested must be actively participating in substance abuse services through a MCOSA funded agency. Referrals are made by an individual’s therapist.
